For currency conversions I usually use XE's universal currency converter. The rates are updated frequently so you should see what's what at the moment.
Then again.. when doing payments through paypal, they have their own much more unfair conversion than what the actual general exchange rate is, in a similar fashion than a lot of online shops.

Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.
