Yes, I pretty much stick to black based...It has a lot to do with the fact that light colored midsoles just get dirty too easily.I really wished the etched 35th's had a completely black midsole. I should mention that I still opine over my lost pair of RUN DMC's... they were DS, I even had the register receipt from the adidas store. needed some cash, sold them on the bay...I asked my mom to post them, huge mistake...no tracking, no insurance. Kid claimed he never got them,filed paypal claim....lost my money and my shoes...someone somewhere got themselves a free pair of 35th Run's...Worst part is, I only paid $120 for them and now every pair I see, people want $300....I just scored some Underworlds for $140 DS so that eases the pain a little.
