^those pairs were never on their website, they were from the brick and mortar store. they are moving locations and had been saving those in the back room. long story short they need $$$ to cover expenses for the move and that's why they are using ebay. I have ordered from moda3.com several times and they are good people. They NEVER charge more than retail for anything and I imagine that is why they are only charging retail for these. I got my AZX Wood Wood's from them when they came out. Surprised nobody has grabbed those yodas yet, but they are legit...if anyone wants to see the pics I will repost. I am tempted to buy the 9 yodas and try and squeeze my foot into them but I figured one of you guys would want to grab em.
