I wear US11 with all the newer SuperStars and these are the same. You won't go wrong with your usual size.
BTW, if you find the SS Seasons Greetings, pick them up. They sold out fast here. Nowhere to be found in the outlets. Oh, and avoid the Stans green ones unless you're buying in person. The suede looks horrid on 99% of them.
