Thanks for your help guys but those gel support are a bit expensive to buy for every shoe I need the cheap ass foam thingies which Adidas uses themselves. Do you think Footlocker has those Pokey?

If you want the cheap ass thingies, just go to your local footlocker and rip em out of the supes they sell. It may cause you some problems, but it's the cheapest way I can imagine .
