Just got an email back from ebay:

concern why you refused to pay for the items as you found them to be
counterfeit goods.

as much as I can. However, please note that bids and Buy It Now
purchases on eBay are binding and there's no way to cancel your bid once
the item has ended. You should always read the item description and
check the seller's Feedback before bidding or using Buy It Now.
As the listing has ended and you'd like to withdraw from your purchase,
you should explain the situation to the seller and ask them to agree to
cancel the sale.
Fucking useless, seeing as its fake and thats against ebay rules anyway!
It'll be much more worth my time if i just ignore the bastard and get 2 unpaid item strikes!
