Seen these today in JD.
I couldn't understand why they were called Adicolors because i thought that was all about customisation and being able to 'change' the shoe?
Anyone give me any info on them please?

The adicolor hi and adicolor lo model shoes are a similar shape shoe to the one you have pictured (the hi obviously being a hi-top), but with the wee plastic loop things, instead of holes for the laces.

They were used a lots in the big adicolor release - Lo's were the seven tier 1 shoes, and Hi's were the tier 2. Most of the Adiclor release weren't customizeable, only really the white ones.

There have been quite a few releases of the adicolor (model) shoes since then in other, non-customisable colours; as well as the adicolor soops which have had the changeable stripes
