Im really starting to hate b.a. tuning, I cant do a soup search on the bay without seeing 20 of his sh!t auctions on every page! I wish there was some way we could take him down...

Me too. I've tried, both by submitting reports to eBay on multiple auctions, then by making a bogus eBay name and leaving him negative feedback. So far my efforts haven't worked...
He definitely needs to be stopped though, especially before he gets power seller.
