Thanks for the replies! The stitching seems to be nice, in particular the stitching that connects the shell toe to the fabric. I've noticed that on fakes this seems to be bogged a lot. I meant the lines in the print, sort of the appearance that the printer heads needed cleaning when these were made.

The line in the print appears on other recent labels, and might even be something to make it harder to fake? Not sure how, just thinking outloud Laughing

I really appreciate all the help! I'm glad I could help out as well. "Ohmyland" was the seller name on eBay. They were from Hong Kong, I guess I was just REALLY lucky. That fake trade vid scared the crap out of me. Anyway, I can't say I recommend this guy as a first option--the shipping was very slow, packaging was rather poor (just a weird green bag wrapped around the shoes with string), and he has an extremely limited English speaking ability.

However, he does seem to sell legit stuff...maybe a person to check as a last resort for rare kicks. Here is the link again http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...:IT&ih=021

Overall, I am happy, although I did want the Vaders instead (apparently he was all sold out). Now that these appear to be authentic, I must decide if I will keep them or try to sell them and get the Vaders (or feed my addiction and get both Very Happy). I am extremely impressed with the craftsmanship of these shoes--they are my first consortiums, and Adidas did an excellent job.

Looks fine to me. I've got that not-quite-perfect upper/midsole line on a couple of my genuine pairs (including 35ths). Congrats on the pickup too - they're getting pretty hard to find for a reasonable price thesedays

Maybe I'm nitpicking a bit here, but the stitching on the shell of the right shoe seem to be a little bit funky. The left shoe is fine, and this seems to be very minor. Here's the pic.
