hello,

been reading the forum for a couple of weeks now and thought id drop in and say hello.

only got 2 pairs of suprestars atm but am loving all the unusual and rare colourways ill probably never get my hands on!

i have the nba sonics (from proc1000) and ny knicks (shoe shotta).

Had some green staten island superstars as well but had to sell them cos they were a touch small Sad
I dont really have any understanding of whats rare but after looking at a fake guide (fakeadidas.com?) it quickly became aparent most of the rarer superstars on ebay were fake, just like most stuff on there!

Its a tightrope Max, a tightrope I tells ya! There is a thread on here will give you the heads up on fake sellers list, cross reference them against sellers. The 35th's were faked major league, generally will know when they are fakers. BIN prices of 49.99 etc (All 35ths command higher price), Full size runs for sale (no way!), stock photos (not actual in hand pix) and loadsa other fake stuff for sale with it. Abercrombie, Bape, Juicy Couture, BBC, 10 deep all heavily faked. check www.mall-shoes.com for a taste of the fakers. Failing that, ask us!!!

If it too good to be true, it is!!!

You've got yourself on the way to a collection. Lurked a couple weeks before joining, huh? I did the same thing. But I haven't looked back. Glad to have you as a member... build that collection and don't worry about the rare stuff, it's amazing what you can find AND at a bargain, if you're patient. Some of my rarest were cheaper than the general release stuff.

thanks for the welcomes everyone, been looking through some of the collection pics and am very impressed!

I personally like bright and unique trainers, anything with orange, green or blue is a winner for me!
