These are real!
They are just patent leather superstars.
You can pick them up easily on ebay for about £20-£25 plus postage.

They are called Superstar II PAT, which stands for Patented Leather, as mentioned before.
They were released in 2001, I think. They were also available in pink, light red, light blue, black, but the navy ones are definitely the most beautiful ones by far.
I got mine in Portugal then, and just found (and bought ;) them on ebay again.
