They are a legit release but as Olstar says the pair they send you might not match the pictures as they have obviously been taken from a website somewhere.
You can get these in Footlocker though mate, £50 ish as far as I remember.

it's polish. i sold few pars on allegro too. i asked that seller for real photos and here is what he replied (i translated it
) :
