@ sk8 - Sorry mate . . . If it's any consolation, it's taken magic eraser, vanish bar, jason markk and a shitload of elbow grease to get them how they are now . . . these shoes re-defined the words denim bleed when they arrived yesterday morning.

Nik, they were still drying there, look lighter now they're dry and I've brushed the nap up.
Might go for a steam clean to try and perfect them ?
