Those Missy's are really hard to clean properly without ruining them for good.
I'm looking for another pair of those as mine are pretty battered.

I've had mixed results with Jason Markk. Some suede came out really good and some not so good. Could just be they were fucked beyond repair, though.
And FC, if you're running a half in a month you're going to need to get the mileage up a bit!
Don't suppose you're on the n**e running site, eh?

Yup, I seriously need to do the roadwork however this is HM number 14 so if I don't go daft wanting a PB I should (touch wood) be okay.
I actually run in Nike clothing, seems to be better than adidas.

Yeah, me as well, though the shoes are asics. Burning up the bay right now trying to get a new pair.
Trying out that whole nike+ system and it's pretty fun. Beating friends will definitely motivate me in a month when I can't be bothered to get off my ass and get outside.

I find asics shoes the best, on my 6th pair have the Gel DS 14 and they are really light, previously had the Kayano 14s and they were good.
yes motivation is the watchword with running, I like the solitude but I'm against the clock now so try not to "bimble", ie - slower pace.

They're the nuts for running. I've been rocking the 2000 series since the mid nineties. They've evolved them over time but not done anything stupid to ruin the shoe or alienate their customer base.
The only real problem is the price. Retail at CDN159.99 (no way I'll pay that much for shoes! heh heh heh), but with some looking around you can find them in the US for half that.
Seeing what I can find on the bay.

Just got a note into the studio that someone needs to be on standby tonight. Evidently we're working with Geoff McFetridge on our alternative energy client and some artwork has to be resized and made ready for production. Took a look at the work. Think he might be taking the piss.

how do asics fit?, is it a full size down like with adidas runners compaired to shells?
lorrie.. yeah they are still open... dont think they will ever shut... you gotta love the 24 hr bagels on brick lane.. one of the bonuses of going to a party on that side of town..lol
no matter how hungry you are dont risk the BBQ at cafe1001, looks inviting.... but big mistake.. unless you like spending the night in some of east londons grottyest toilets for the rest of the night.. maybe i got unlucky and got added food poisening with the salad dressing, but im definatly not risking it again

When I used to run it was all about Brookes or Saucony for me. Mind you, in those days Admiral was still in business and Bukta were considered half decent too!!

The wife and I have been watching the latest season of 'MI-5' - it's called 'Spooks' in the UK.
My asics fit me true to size. And my advice to anyone who is going to take up running: go to a proper shop and get fitted with the right shoe. It can make all the difference.
PS: you know you're in the wrong shop if they try to sell you nikes right off the bat
