yeah, just wasn't sure what factory seconds means (i though it's another name for fakes, like variants).
i'll contact him directly. just been wondering if anyone had similar situation.

Yeah there's nothing stating they're B-Grades or anything like that, give the emails a couple days, if no luck, go through paypal (assuming you paid through them). Some folk seem to wait a bit before going through them, but it seems to make them sit up and take notice once they realise they could easily get money taken off them.

Personally - galaxy sports are a bit dodgy I reckon. Got some white/gum snakes off them and quality is a bit suspect although there's nothing to suggest that they are snides (and the folks on here assured me they weren't). Something not quite right about them...
