Help needed on reducing a GIF - streak - 02-07-12

Anyone be able to help me reduce the size of an animated gif, so that it fits the requirements of BBM for an avatar??

it's the famous "just for kicks" spinning trainers.

Edit: Attached one in 60x60 (30kb) which fit the requirements.
