P.s your better off in your own size..alot less pairs get made usually in small sizes.
Although uk 8.5s get all the samples no1 else ever will.

A customized Beckham might work, but I don't like that shiny sole/shelltoe on the Becks. There is one pair left on SNS in my size, but I just can't pull the trigger. As for all samples being 8,5s - big foots are people too Sad

I don't think the sole/shells on the old pro models will be less shiny than the DB pro mods, so don't let that stop you. It's basically just black rubber and the surface/shine will be the same.

@Benji: do you think you could do nubuck just as good as leather? I've got a pair of black DB pro mods myself... Wink

Well, you can dye them.. but would need to bleach them first, haven't experimented with that yet. But have done some light to dark dying.
You can use nubuck as base for paint.. Rob L does. It should be the perfect base because of the fine grained hairs make the perfect key.
Got a nubuck pair already on the go so will keep you posted.
