My guess would be on rod laver too. Stan smith would have perforations as stripes but those have nothing.

or maybe we havent seen it before cos its just some cheap knock off and isnt even an adidas shoe?

it looks pretty dodgy quality to me, the lace holes are so unevenly spaced.
