Sup, I was itching to get a new shoe lately (our family is very frugal - new shoes only when you need them!)

And too be honest I don't REALLY need new shoes because my old ones don't have holes yet (srsly). A lot of my friends have Nikes, from the regular $30-70 ones to some that have ones costing $250+ (one of my friend's friend's ponied up $600 for a pair). But Nikes? Everyone has them (plus the cool ones are too expensive >.<)

Anyways, superstars caught my eyes because of their rubber shelltoes which I think are just awesome. I picked up one of these:



Not my picture. I put straight bar, yellow laces on my and they're pretty much the coolest shoes I've ever seen. They're Superstar II's but I can't find any more information on them? They have a pac-man design which is cool since I [video]game a lot. +school colors (yellow/blue)

What do you guys think?

they weren't really a favourite design around these parts.

nothing to say about them that you don't already know. they're ss2 and they look like pac man. story ends there.

glad you have a pair of kicks you like.

Those are Journey exclusives, they were only sold in Journey stores in the US.

I also have a pair and I love them due to all the different lace flips you can do with them. Enjoy your "different" Superstars

Yeah i have to agree with the others that there not the nicest design of Shells ive seen but whatever floats yer boat mate! We all have different tastes!

So is your guys' dislike of the shoe because of it's overall quality or just its design?

I can deal with some1 not liking the design, but other than that it's a fine shoe.
