I got it from my friend and i want to know about it.It's a fake or not?
and in tough dosen't has label on it.
If possible I want to know about it mobel name.What name is?

From the picture the model name is "Forum Lo", as for anything else, it's hard to see, to be honest with you!
Although the print on the heel looks a bit lopsided!

They old!!! Not fake. the heel lopsided-ness is down to the wear in the sole, think they OK!
