Does anyone know what it means when parcel force have an item of yours and the status is advised?

Not been anywhere dave, just had a break from posting! Hope you well dude? I dont get why RMSD, Parcelforce etc are so damn tricky to deal with? Sum of the items we send, receive are high value and waiting for the elusive card thru the door then strategically working out when you can get to the depot b4 they send your item back into the abyss is a nitemare!!! 7am-1pm opening..........My arse!!

And you need loadsa ID and a DNA sample to get it!!! Great.

To be honest dont have to much trouble with royal mail helps having a post office 1 min from my house thats open from 8 til 17:30 the rest are just a nightmare tho

Found out advised means an overseas courier has advised them to expect a parcel finally got me Ian Browns today after parcel farce delivered them to one of my neighbours with out leaving me a card telling me where
No customs fees tho and the IBs rock

Quick tip if anyone needs to ring a parcelforce office when the automated voice asks you to press 1 for whatever etc just press 5 (even tho its not given as an option)and you get straight thro to a human during office hours
