Not been anywhere dave, just had a break from posting! Hope you well dude? I dont get why RMSD, Parcelforce etc are so damn tricky to deal with? Sum of the items we send, receive are high value and waiting for the elusive card thru the door then strategically working out when you can get to the depot b4 they send your item back into the abyss is a nitemare!!! 7am-1pm opening..........My arse!!

And you need loadsa ID and a DNA sample to get it!!! Great.

Quick tip if anyone needs to ring a parcelforce office when the automated voice asks you to press 1 for whatever etc just press 5 (even tho its not given as an option)and you get straight thro to a human during office hoursVery Happy
