Zappos.com is very legit, but a little pricey if your trying to find deals. And if your ever in Las Vegas, they have 4 outlet stores that have pretty decent deals.

union_sale is a german seller and looks ok.. Not selling anything limited, all items look like they come from an outlet. I'd ask for tagged pictures tho just to be sure..
