What you may not know is that the last time I beat an SSDB member to the punch (over the 35th BBQ's) I also tossed them my slightly oversized pair at an incredibly reasonable cost (ain't that right Tony?). I think the biggest problem the 'older' members have is people coming here, learning about all the rare models, buying them all and then fuck off again. And I can understand that. I would also be frustrated if my grail was snagged by some newbie (no disrespect EA).

I wanted the black kzk's a while ago and made a reasonable offer but a certain, newer member had a bigger wallet Wink. It sucks but then again, it happens. The only way to somehow prevent it is not allowing any new members. But why start the forum in the first place????

Got one of my favorites covered in bright pink spray paint while visiting the US for the holidays, and 'cause I got skills with a toothbrush they are now spotless... no shit!
Oh, and Rob, anyone crying because someone with a bigger wallet (or a faster response for that matter) beat them to the punch is just a sucka, at least in my book. That's all part of the collecting game, and in the end the buyer is gonna get what they can for a pair. Makes perfect sense to me... and doesn't seem like it has anything to do with newbie or vet standing as a collector, forum member, or product opinion holder at all!
