tbh i think i know the answer as i can clearly see the heel nips and the serial number on both tongues is teh same - coupled with the overall poor quality.

that's actually kind of what i said when i recieved 3 fake adicolor track tops. i said i'd found proof that they were fake (www.mrshoeshotta.com) and that i'd give adidas his adress if he wouldn't give me a full refund. he did, and i gave adidas his adress/e-mail/telephone number

I would say that you will report him to the Trading Standards and to Adidas Uk and you will consider contacting Watchdog too ! That will shit him right up!

Some things they pointed out were inconsistent printing of the adidas logo on the tongues, edges of tongues not smooth and are cut roughly, overspray on the white part of the sole where it overlaps onto the black / speckled sole, poor stiching on inner sole, the words - crooked tongue - printed onto the leather part of the shoe is smudged and the spacing and font are incorrect, the adidas logo on the heel tab is out of proportion as is the heel tab, poor stitching on the end of teh toe box where the tongues fit and finally the finish on the leather is too shiny and not matt as in the originals.
With this in mind i would like a FULL refund via paypal within the next 24 hours. I will not entertain any partial refunds or refunds minus charges If i do not recieve the refund promptly i will escalate the paypal dispute to a claim and will pass your details onto the staff at crooked tongue, adidas Uk and also inform ebay that trading standards that you are selling counterfeitproducts.

I do not wish to go down this avenue and hope that its just an oversight on your part but i do want a 100% refund as your auction guaranteed that these adidas crooked tongue trainers were100% genuine - and they are not.

I look forward to hearing from you and recieving the refund and the shoes are packaged ready to be sent back to you - i will not send them before i get the refund though as crooked tongues / adidas will want them if i have to take this further.

if you've recieved the money (be SURE that they're on your bank account!!!!), then i can't see why you wouldn't send the shoes to adidas (have they said you need to do that?)
