They are a superstar 1 mate so no padded tongue.

I've got em in black, looks fresher than the white if you ask me.

urm, what do you mean by 'padded tongue'? i like the tongue from original superstars, not the slim..

the superstar 1's have a thin tounge, and punched lace holes..

superstar 2's have a padded tounge, and metal eyelets..

and then there are some inbetween..

like my FTR's, they have a padded tounbge, but punched eyelets.. :/

Yeah, the Superstar 1 has a slim leather tongue, the superstar 2 a padded tongue.

You can't beat a superstar 1 for my money.
