I've got them favourited on the adidas website, waiting for the price to drop.
They look a lot lighter in colour in your shot - very nice.

Yeah, they are very comfy. Suede is excellent. Tongue is leather.(or some such)

Yeah, you can still find them around but it's getting harder. Over here, at least. PYS and Flight Club has some. G51116.
