No, they don't came out with green laces. Laces are taken from another pair.

Highly recommend the Forest 80s Fritze...If you've got a pair of Ian Browns the green laces from them go nice

They're taken from some Adidas Campus II "Celtics"
As pokey said, green laces of Ian Browns should work too!
