I think a good cross section of music is needed for the do to suit all needs but i suppose its down to who is doing the music and what they have in their possesion?

All seems very grand and I recon would take a year or so to plan on this scale.
How about just a Superstar forum get together bring our tents get a marquee set up. I am sure a couple of the lads on here are more than capable DJ's . A saturday lunch through to sunday afternoon !
Is that a bit more realistic for this summer ?

I've re-mortgaged my house to the tune of £200k

Have you aproached Adidas ? see if you can get some sort of sponsorship or blessing ? Hey and i didnt mean to offend, just all seems so ambitious it would take me years to sort out something like that !

You are NOT offending hon - olstar is talking to adidas today - i've been onto B&H and Marloboro - coz with this new smoking ban they are desperate to sponsor something - and where we are the nearest shop is 3 miles away and everyone is going to want the odd smoke - cigarettes or otherwise and of course - pot noodle!!!
We are getting there - i think!!!!

I think beer sponsorship is a great idea. I have been in communication with the budwieser folks in my area. They are always pouring money into sport events, etc... Im not sure how it is in Europe, but in the US Beer, and alcohol companies are very limited to where they can advertise, so they pour money into sponsored events left and right, to make up for there lack of public advertising.
