I wasnt aware of this, i mearly stumbled upon the site after searching for online shops that sell a load of superstars..

I am putting a case together and am gonna contact them to see if they have some kind of explanation in regards this.

If not, then they are a gonner.

Ive been riped off by him. So has others on this forum! It makes me pretty mad to see him on here! I would never buy from him again real or fake. He sold me trainers this year, that he knew were fake. Yuk....

So, i recon if anyone is still stung from ricks previous partner tarnishing his good name, then contact athletika and ask for a refund!

As long as you can prove you bought them, he shud be OK with that.

Has anyone else had RECENT issues with items bought from there?

I dont want the SSDB to be seen advertising fake sellers, but aside this situation that we've had a "explanation" for, what else is there to suggest he sells fakes?

right i got a mate to ring up and ask for neil, and there was no one there called neil hewson..

i also rang the mobile number on one of the two ebay auctions that "hewsonater" has on eBay, and i spoke to neil hewson..

he has nothing to do with them any more, and claims to be a "mature student" who is selling all he owns to travel round europe

so i feel that as athletika seems to be a proper company, and the fact that the hewsonater has nothing to do with them any more, i feel we're ok to advertise him..

at the end of the day, if you have a proper company and are trying to make a go of it, you wouldn't sell fakes, especially if you'd been rumbled by you bunch of blood thirsty fake superstar detectives!! Smile

surely everyone has the right to a 2nd chance?

i guess we'll have to monitor this, and if ANYONE reports that they get sent anything dodgy from them, we'll have to take action against his company properly.
