I want to name and shame but that could be stepping over a line....if anyone is about to trade with someone and you want to make sure its not the same person give me a shout and ill pm if its the same person. Alittle of the shame must also be put on me as my anger got the best of me after two months and i said some very hatefull things that i am not proud of.

Well, naming is the way things have been done in the past when a deal goes sour and a member is concerned. I would give the person the opportunity to defend themselves. I am sure there are mitigating reasons. Though it is no good having those if you don't communicate what is going on. I hope we don't lose any members over this.
