They do have proper stripes. Take another look D. They are the same colour as the rest of the upper, but definitely there.

You are talking about those brown fabric looking ones? Because unless i'm going totally blind, there are no real stripes on those.

Not the brown leather ones. I like those. It's these stripeless fabric ones that I don't like.
