Re: DS NBHDs in your size, DJ AM is (or should I say was) your size...his massive 'bay auction had a pair up - this was late last yr...ended up selling for I believe $800US, with only one bidder....funny but I actually know of the guy who bought em...did biz w/ him recently, and to this day still hounds me for my NBHD gazelles....

He sold ALOT of nice stuff, but given his psuedo celeb status, it all went up fast re: prices...even the crap stuff... all his kicks were 90% your sz though, which meant a goldmine if you had the coin....at first thought, I didn't think it was a bad price, given how hard it is to get a DS pair, esp in one's size re: the NBHDs....I even considered it, even though an entire size up....then I woke up and had a cheap coffee

USD800.00 was a good price for those NBHDs. How many US12s could there really be? Esp. DS?

There weren't many other deals in that sale - I went for a relatively cheap grail but bailed when the price hit USD200. Got them a few months later for a little more than half that.

Not as bad in the flesh, still not liking that strappy thing, but the colourway is nice!

Is the tongue velcro?

just the label is velcro. with 3 labels. the colourway is lovely. the straps not so!!

Not perfect but a new pair of laces a clean later £6.50 on eBay seems money well spent.
