My point exactly. I had someone make that annoying tutting noise at me before for smoking at a bus stop. An open bus stop, right on a busy main road with constant traffic!!! How the fnuck is my tiny little cigarette bothering these ass-clowns, but the metric ton of carbon monoxide they're chugging down from the traffic isn't a problem?

Alchohol is very dangerous. an' yes so are cigarettes but d government ain't making as much off d fags in relation to their spending on the NHS.
as for woody's point, its a valid point but i say that its up to the establishment (pubs etc) to decide for themselves. after all, it ain't like some 5 year olds running them.

Alcohol is dangerous if you get pissed and rowdy or get ina car and drive drunk but the act of standing next to someone and drinking a pint doesn't harm them whereas smoking a fag does.

True. But smoking ten fags doesn't get you inebriated. 10 pints does. so y do people do it? also, each unit of allkeyhol chips away at ur stomach lining. fags don't. but i do admit they fuck up ur lungs amongst other tings.

Try the A & E dept on a friday and sat night - also the poor buggers that have to clean up all the litter and shit from burgers and take aways on a friday and sat night - probably most of them illegals, coz no one in their right mind would want to do a job like that for £2 an hour - but hey, thats another subject!!!!!

I just want somewhere i can go and have a beer and a smoke after a week at work!! Even just one boozer per town/village etc wouldnt have been too much would it? Im sick of being told what is good and bad for me and how i should live my live by a bunch of idiots who arent familiar with the real world.
