Yesterday when i went through the usual steps to post a pic, for some reason it wasn't showing the section above the text box which
has the font style, size, bold, italic and the 'insert picture' icon. It's all there now. Strange.

Tonight I went to a circuit session at the local Boxing club, I LOVED IT. We even had to go in the ring.
Tee heee perverific. Best circuit class I've been to in years.

Its basically a number of different physical activities spread around a room in stations...so station one might be press-ups,station 2 a treadmill,station 3 situps etc etc and you basically go round each one in a circuit spending 1minutes doing that exercise to exhaustion.
So for boxerise it might be 1minute on the pads at station one,station 2 shadow boxing,station 3 skipping etc etc.

The class I did was split into two. First half three stations. One bag, pads with instructor then in the ring with a dude in body gear moving round the ring shouting out combos. Then they set out ten stations two mins on each skipping burpees press ups crunches floor plank etc. Then warm up run and cool down. The other class I do is more just u n a partner on pads doing combos then one min stations with weights.

Don't be a big girl sab get yaself to a spinning class.
When i was a pt i had to take circuits was always good fun to do/teach and also alot less intimidating for newer fitness freaks than hitting the gym/weights
Good way to meet new people and get fit and in your case perv!!durtyy bugga

Weights and then running for me last night. Training for another half marathon in Sept. The weights are just to scare the opposition.
