I'd hit up the consumer helpline about the issues though mate, that's not good form to be receiving them like that.

Is the yellow pair a leather tongue with a suede upper?

Yeah, suede upper with a faux leather tongue, you cant choose the tongue material.

Well I sent them this message along with more pics....

Hi, I feel I have to contact you about a recent miadidas order ive just received, The quality isn't what I would expect, they all have heel tabs, canvas is scratched, stripes haven't been cut out correctly, pen marks left for lining up the eye stay, suede looks/feels inferior to my other miadidas pairs, glue on the upper and its supposed to be the same shade of yellow but the suede is more of a mustard colour, i've spent tens of thousands on your brand over the years, in fact if I had bought them from any where else I would have questioned there authenticity.

Please see the attached pictures to support up my findings.

The bare minimum you should accept Dave is a Lurky x Adidas collaboration for general release with all profits going to fund more purchases for your collection. Seems reasonable to me
