Personally I've never had squeaking in my vins either...after walking a bit, a mild amount of sweat in sox keeps them from slipping usually.

I wore some other vins (with insoles) today but no sqeaks at all.
The vins I wore yesterday (green snakeskins) I also wore the other day without any sqeaks.
@Kungfu: what are heal liners?

Heel liners are usually little pads you can attach either inside the heel or under the tongue. Their idea is to avoid your feet from slipping as well as to reduce possible irritating foot rub.

I gotta have those. It may stop the sqeaking and I dont have too tighten my laces. It depends on which vin I wear. I had to tie the snakeskins really tight for them to stop slipping. The olive/gold's I wore today were laced very loose without my feet slipping out.

Damn, I mentioned before the olive/gold's don't sqeak, well they do, especially the left shoe. And I used innersoles so my feet hardly slip. I gotta change my socks

Check the composition of your socks blud. Cheap-ass Nylon socks (like the type my fucknugget American cousin always sends me for Christmas) make my feet sweat excessively which results in shoe squeak.

I will do that SS. I mainly wear socks with a lot of Lycra in them.

Socks? With Lycra? Do they make them for men too?

I can imagine the 3rd degree he gets in the morning: "Robert, have you been wearing my socks again?"

They are men's socks!!!! It's quite normal here guys. Lycra makes them stretch. God.... what have I said now.....
