I would have said meet at Oxford Street tube, as it's easier to get there from Victoria than Covent Garden (just thinking of those strangers to London Town, don't wanna get lost underground trying to get onto the right connection)

Yeah, come out of the side exit, not the main one straight out onto Oxford Street. Go out the side and meet outside StarGreen ticket office.
