Agreed on a price but they won't relist them on ebay, they'll take paypal if i cover the fees which is only about 6 euros but i'm not sure on how much i'm covered should they not arrive, keep asking for track shipping but they've never said yes or no, and then there's still no garentee he'll even get as far as shipping.

On the plus side I found a pair of white/yellow metals on the bay tonight

I'm going nuts at the moment trying to find fps- can't a pair for love nor money. Serves me right for having sold the ones I bought in fp on release only to get another pair a year or so back that was too big, got rid of those and now the only ones around my size are the ones on sneakers.fr for 670euros-fuck that!
Anyway I digress, I think as long as your paypal account is verified and you use a confirmed address you should be protected if you don't receive your goods and the seller can't prove you have received them.
