I can.Most can. money talks in the land of milk and honey and right now, I have laryngitis. Therefore, i can't move out. N where did u move out to streak? brick lane?old street?liverpool street? all of that is within 30 min. on foot. by car its about 10 min if u don't mind cutting across some estates. but those are hell on earth, jus like in camden.

as for me i only jus finishd uni, starting at RBS in city but it still don't pay enough for me to move out. also want ma first property in my name. that way no gold diggaz benefit. n theres loads of the fuckers about in london. they should all jus fuck off and die of AIDS. bastards.

Dont worry fella, the average age of first time single buyers is now approx 35 years old! If you arent earning over £40.000 you dont stand a chance in the South East. Keep saving !
