I bought some glow in dark SB laces a few years back so thought I'd search eBay. I see that RMK are doing flat ones now for £4 shipped. Might top the look off?

Z, so annoying man! I washed my latest pair of jeans 6 times before wearing them and I still got bleed on my 80s

Not sure if it helps get 100% of the bleed out, but soaking em in cold water w/ a cup of vinegar does the trick most/all of the time! Try it out - but of course wash em like normal after you've done the vinegar treatment, then rock em....

Thanks for the tip KT. What I've done lately is a little strip of cloth inside the hem/leg. No bleed at all.

I don't ever wash my jeans. But I have taped the inside hems. I suppose I'll do it with these. Not too worried about the stupid nylon '80s laces - I'm sure I could get them clean or flip them if they get too messed up

No worries gents! The little lady told me And they know how to take care of their fav goods! The tape/cloth thing works, but too much effort still IMO - I'm too lazy to go that far....I'm a tad paranoid w/ some kicks so I've done the vinegar thing 1-3x before washing them inside out (to keep the color rich i.e. for dark denim) in the machine, OR soaking them in a basin...been quite a while since I've had denim bleed (and I've worn nothing but dark denim for a while), so I'm happy!

P.S. Lorrie, next time we hook up, don't wear denim....

Got my pair today after work - really sweet! Everyone's seen em by now so I ain't botherin to pic it up....funny thing though, but my inner tongue Id and box has the sizing at 12US for a uk10.5....JP was correct at 290....I was sweatin a bit and thinking they sent a 12US....
