A piddly Three pints consumed last night i felt fine but have woken up with a hang over. Plus my arms are killing after circuits yesterday my ego didnt let me admit i had clearly picked up the wrong weight dumb bell at the end didnt want to swap it infront of everyone. Oops now am paying.
