Really nice, and worth it for the leather tongue.. a step up from the 80s release a few years back.
I'm not sure there was a vintage OG pair with leather stripes and leather tongue.. got some advert pics, but tough to tell. Anyone seen a OG MIF with leather stripes?

Nice one Tif! With leather stripes they would've been perfect. With felt stripes the stitching is always too close to the centre of the stripe. Never picked up the 08/09's so might go for these instead.

@ Benji - I bought a pair for my daughter's future Superstar addiction Foam tongue though...
