I wear some track pants probably 99% of the time when I'm at home. We don't wear shoes at home indoors here tho, doesn't belong to our culture. We take them off in the hall and leave them there. Here if our feet get cold, we usually wear woollen socks or something but no shoes. This way the carpets stay cleaner and in better condition too. Unless you've been wearing the same smelly socks for 6 months nonstop, then they probably need to be disposed as nuclear waste along with the user of them.

Yeah, we're not about shoes in the house either. I'm convinced that 'house clothes' like track pants lead to increased girth
