An update.

I mailed the seller, they apologised and said they thought they were just a apir of trainers and didn't know about fakes. Full refund plus return postage.

Shame you didn't claim the refund through ebay rather than the seller.
That way you get your money back and you keep the sneaks.
You then get the pleasure of destroying them or giving them to someone you really don't like.

They'll be back on the bay soon i reckon.
