Maybe their stocklist wasn't up to date and they didn't have the supes you ordered? That could be the reason why the money are transferred back to your account.

Try giving them a call if they still don't reply to your emails.

I'll phone them later as it seems to be the only way I'll get to find out what's going on.

This is what my order status is now saying:

Order Status Confirmation

Order Status: No longer available.
Tracking: USPS Shipment


Order Date: 04/21/2008

And it gives me an order number that seems to be totally defunct.

Needed these kicks quite sharpish as they were supposed to be a b'day present. Argh. Sad

Harputs is quality mate, got my trainers from them yesterday. took a week and gave me a tracking number and marked as an inexpensive gift. can't recommend them enough!
when i first check my order status it wasn't available as usps wasn't quick enough to update.

Hey, trying to buy something from them, but when I put my details in I get:

The credit card authorization network could not be contacted. Please try again later.

Anyone had that before? Plenty of cash left on my card, and the details are right, just thought it was a bit wierd!

Seems like the issues I had with them are resolved now. Had to re-order in a different size, which has been dispatched and the money taken out of my account.

So should arrive some time next week.

Apart from updating their emails weekly, they seem to be an excellent site. Will be buying from them again I think.
