work mates brought me back a cuban sandwich from an organic place up the way. pulled pork, chipotle mayo, cheese, pickle...so sweet.

I fell off my vegetarianism and got a pork sandwich with tzatziki and banana dhansak - yes, that is all one sandwich.

It sounds weird, but it is genius!
