I've heard that milk is good at removing body claret - something to do with breaking down the enzymes and stuff. Although that might only be to do with blood on white clothes.

I finally got my Gum Skates from my Mum, via a great spot by Super SK8 (cheers mate!!!). They are soooo amazing didn't want to wear them but I have!!!!!
