Okay today i got a nice letter from a firm called avance "notice of impending court action" on behalf of "fedex" telling me if i dont pay then they will take me to court!!!
This goes way bk to my 1st and only order from designerathletic about 2-3 months bk.So in my case it seems they dont give up and go back to the seller for them.
Probo could be scare tactics but is it worth the risk for £34 ??

Nightmare! but I'd pay it mate, not worth it as could affect things like your credit rating if it went to court.

Bought from a company who delivered USPS instead of FedEx and just got hit with the £35 this morning. Might've been to value of parcel ($200).
Ruined my day tbh, woke up all excited for my new kicks and met with a letter saying they've got it on hold in a depot holding it ransom for £35

Now then fella. Did you end up paying this? I've just had a letter this morning from the same company, asking for payment for Fedex charges from nearly a year ago!! I refused to pay the £19 at the time due to the fact the Supes were only $49 and told Fedex I wouldn't pay it...I presumed they'd forgotten all about it.

I ended up paying it m8,Wasn't worth the hassle not too.
But if you havn't paid it b4 now and they havn't taken any action and its outstanding from 12months ago i'd say fook it don't pay!!!they woulda took action against u by now if they were gonna.

hmmm, when i bought a batch of glowsticks that was delivered by fedex i didnt get charged any customs
and that was actually about +300AUD worth of glowsticks
