I just opened the image in full size and to way to big so i'm going have to try and find out how to resize it now.

http://imageshack.us/ mate just go there, load ur image, it says right under where u load it 'resize' and go 640x820 for message boards.

simple as that, then just post the 'forum code' and ur done.

nothing needs to be difficult about it lol
