I emailed them a couple of days ago to check my order too, but still haven't heard anything.

I have an order email/number, and I have a paypal receipt (though the money hasn't left my account).

Yep, they have taken the money off me too... So the despatch email was from rakuten not atmos ( even though the correspondence email was [email protected]), looks like they never cancelled my order.

So the atmos despatch email has not been sent yet, sorry for any confusion.
